Returning a tent in store, faced by the most disinterested shop assistant. She’s doing plenty of huffing and eye rolling. “No point in looking at it as there’s nothing I can do” really helpful thanks! I’m just going to send it off. Yes rolled when I wanted to write down on the return sheet what was actually wrong with the tent.

Better spending your money elsewhere.

After visiting this store on Wednesday, I have to say that the customer service Was extremely bad , to the point of non-existent ,
On entering the store I was faced with two members of staff Stood by the door , I looked at them to greet them , that had nothing in return ,
They were too busy talking about themselves , do you even notice I have entered , They were talking about what they do when they are alone working in the shop , where they have lunch , when loan working , Halle that’s normally on the stairs So they can keep an eye on the shop , They were talking about the times when There loan work , I do not think it’s a good I dear to talk about staff working on their own, and should spend more time talking to customers As I need assistance but not want to intrude their conversation about lunch
