Very poor quality clothing

Good retailer for camping, hiking and snow gear.

The Maidstone branch has now closed, but branches are often found in outlet malls.

I would not recommend. Please check their sale prices on other website before you purchase anything especially DLX brand.

Walked in today. Manager having a go at young girl on the shop floor who was sulking because the team had been told about stock. Not the best company image - walked out because I was embarrassed for them!

Great shop and Great workers went above and beyond their duty. Many thanks my boy loved his new coat.

Sells a very comprehensive range of outdoor wear and equipment. Staff were friendly, helpful and offered advice on products suitable for my needs.
No cheap tat here, very good quality and durable products. So on the expensive side, however on my visit in November 2020 there was a 50% or more sale on... e.g. £249 coat reduced to £74....unfortunately it seems the shop is closing down in January 2021 hence the high % price reduction I believe.
Shame it closing.....worth a visit before it does.

Absolutely superb service from the two staff members who served us today - honestly couldn’t speak more highly of them - super helpful and ended up buying two coats instead of one. Very friendly and a credit to the store.
