Nevisport

I called in here recently to buy a down jacket. The staff were really helpful, they had to go through their stock for one I was interested in, then had to recover one that had gone into quarantine after I’d tried it on. Their help enabled me to get a jacket I wanted at a good price.
Highly recommended.

Visited Nevis Sports, Kendal earlier in the week and as usual got excellent service. Must have visited the shop 50 times over the years and always found staff friendly, knowledgeable and courteous.

Great store with some great staff, always happy to help, even ordering stock in from other stores if unavailable here. Always happy to give advice. The store is a real asset to the town.

Popped in at the weekend to get some new inner soules for my walking boots. I received amazing 1 2 1 customer service from Laurie. He spent so much time making sure the demo soules fit my shoes well before purchase. They even cut them down and fit them in my walking boots.
I will definitely visit again in hope to receive the same super service from Laurie.

Multiple incidents with Laure in a single visit. Very rude, to both me and my wife, never seen that behaviour from a sales person before. Spoke to head office, going to follow up with management. To apologise for his behaviour they gave us a 20% discount coupon, which only works on full cost items (which is like 10% of there stock). Will be doing our upmost to avoid NevisSport from now on and will be shopping at Inglesport. I see other customer have met Laure from the reviews!

As a customer from nevisport in fort William many years ago. I did not realise they had expanded around the country. Excellent store with really knowledgeable staff. What's not to like

Without saying a word I was told, in a very unpleasant way, to leave. I was drinking a carry out espresso. I was intending to buy a number of expensive items but this guy clearly doesn't need the business. What a horrible place!
To follow up, it wasn't what was said, it was the manner in which it was delivered that was so unpleasant.
