Mountain Warehouse Christchurch

Great little shop set on edge of the road in town centre. Easy access to the front and all around all be it a little snug in places. Crammed with stock and many variances of sizes. Sale on at the moment so even better value. All you could need. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff team very good at what they do. No parking available outside the outlet but plenty of pay and display car parks nearby.

Brilliant. I phoned on the way there and they had my order waiting when I arrived a few minutes later. Very polite and efficient. I was told about the deal they had going on the product I bought as well. Very happy and will definitely go back again.

Absolutely brilliant shop and really great staff. The manager is always super helpful. The quality of the clothes are fantastic and the prices are really good. I always end up popping in when I'm in town.

Shoplifters paradise I should think! 1 member of staff trying to take money, help customers and check stock availability in stockroom so consequently poor customer service. Shame as I usually get good service from Mountain Warehouse. Left without buying as staff made me feel they didn't have time to help.

I ordered a couple of pairs of shandles online to go to the shop, and I also bought a pair of cargo shorts whilst I was there. I had to return the shandles because they were too big. The staff were so lovely! I managed to get a couple of pairs of shandles instore. I would definitely recommend to family and friends! 😊

The manager Lee is very kind and helpful. Fixed a problem with an online order (no fault of his own) within minutes and did everything that he could to help and make it a pleasant experience.
Also they allow dogs, which was great as it's a noisy road to wait outside on otherwise.
