Regatta

Ordered jacket 8 weeks ago, they phoned up to see if it was on stock, yes, never got it, reordered 4 weeks ago. They Phoned up to see of it was in stock again, yes, phoned up to see if it had arrived in shop, as nobody has got back to me regarding jacket. I was told by the lady in shop that it's Autumn now and it was a summer jacket and no longer available. It was Summer when l ordered it Joke

Good selection of outdoor clothing. I got a bargain price storm-proof insulated jacket for only £40. The assistants were friendly & helpful.

Went in on Monday after a pair of walking shoes. I had already been in a few shops before Regatta. I struggle with finding shoes that fit me comfortably. I tried a couple of pairs on and had no luck. I was approached by a lovely member of staff who was called Millie. She asked me if I needed help so I explained to her what I was looking for. She managed to find a pair of shoes that fit me quite well. I had a budget of £100 and only paid £60 so I was happy with that. Thank you once again Millie!

Shop shared with Cragghoppers offers an improved selection of walking/winter coats, jackets, fleece, trouser, boots, etc. Plus 3 for 2 on accessories. Also has a small selection of childrens and caters for dogs. Good prices and quality.

Got a £90 coat for £35 in the sale, delighted. The staff were friendly and helpful, good experience.

Overall a good outlet store. Always well stocked, cheap prices and the staff are friendly/helpful. Good outdoor/dog walking clothes.
