Millets

I’ve been using Millets for years and, it’s time I left a review. Bought tents, boots, shoes clothes, kit and always received great advice (Rob/Rachel) and competitive prices too. Very much worth visiting Millets before an Amazon purchase

The Sales Manager Robert was great as i had always been nervous about coming into the shop to buy a tent. Robert was great as he showed me his tents and even let me stay in one for the night.

This shop is well laid out with men's clothing down one side of the shop and women's on the other so everything is easy to locate. The service was good. It's what you might expect from such a shop.

Exceptional service from the Tunbridge Wells branch. Special shout out to Mark who was thorough, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for us. Thank you :) A really welcoming and friendly shop...we will be back soon!

Shockingly bad customer service! All 3 staff members was just talking (shouting) about their colleague lying to his girlfriend and how they have got him in to trouble. No care or professionalism for the customers in the shop at all!
The shop it's self has a wide range of goods & decent prices.

Fitting Rooms not in a good condition. 1st full of boxes and rubbish so not use able. 2nd, plastic rubbish on the floors, and no hooks or hangers to hang clothes. Only a cheap plastic chair.
3 young gentleman working, all behind the till having a laugh, did not offer me any help or guidance.

We just shopped here for the first time. We were so lucky to have the manager Rob serve us.

Rob is kind thoughtful, helpful and really knowledgeable. This was our first shop so weren't necessarily buying until we had searched around.

We were treated so well that we bought our boots. Brilliant service.

I stopped in here today after searching for something for a while in other shops in Tunbridge Wells

For the first time that day I actually had someone ask if they could help. Very politely and without being pushy too.

Not only that but they checked in the stock room to find what I was looking for. Which was decent and well priced.

Next time I'll try here first.
