Visited on Saturday 5th January 2019.
Excellent welcome! All the staff were very friendly & provided great efficient service. We had our little dog with us who was made very welcome.
We Bought two great items of clothing at very good discounted prices.
Five stars, excellent experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit very memorable.

We bought Rohan walking coats in lockdown, coats performed well, waterproof, however when I tried to reproof they failed and did not shed water. We had them over 12 months, not too excessively used, I rang the shop to explain and was asked to bring them in for inspection, which we did the following day.
Dave the manager could not have been more helpful, offered either reproof by Rohan or exchange for coats of similar type , we opted for the latter from the discounted range, Dave also spent time with us choosing and advising on the various coats.

Store over two floors (no lift) Outlet dept on first floor. Employees very helpful if your size not on display they will look in the stock room for you. Great choice, not cheap but if you like Rohan you will like the shop. Only drawback no designated parking.

Used to work here back in 1997.
With a lovely Gent called Rob and another New Zealander Miles.
1st time back here after all those years.
I remember Giant Jenga in The Maypole Inn and The Maypole Fair celebration.
I was from Leeds.
There was also an older gent that worked there and I can't unfortunately remember his name.
We used to have such good fun.
I really enjoyed it.

The staff in this shop are amazing.
They provided great advice on products and knowledge on equipment was brilliant.
Also does forces discount.

Called in here today and was welcomed by Dave,I think he is the manager.
Fantastic service on the shop floor and he had a great knowledge of the brand and also the features and benefits of his products.
I will be back!!!

Great place in Long Preston...stopped by on the way from Horton in Ribblesdale heading home. Bought a super light quick dry base layer & a new travelling quick dry shirt. There's a clearance/sale items upstairs...easy parking at the side of the shop on a usually quiet road.

Great selection, at reasonable prices. I found the staff to be particularly helpful in sourcing out of stock items through other branches or stores. Recommended.
