Absolutely useless staff, haven't got a clue about walking boots, I visited Sunday 12th June, the lad and young girl didn't know anything about their stock, well they won't be getting any custom from me anymore, they were just more interested in playing with their phones

Sadly staff were not really much help when I needed some help. Their answer to most questions...." look on line". One customer assistant was clueless!!! Maybe it was her first day.

I went there to get winter jackets, and there was a huge sale going on. I purchased 2 jackets and fleece as well. It was a good deal.

Located in the designer outlet, they have a limited range due to the size of the shop. It can feel really cramped inside or feel like your playing dodgeball Olympics. They also have a sale on at the moment and would recommend having a look around. Staff where really helpful when asked questions and even offered alternatives for products and / or best value for money. This is a outdoor equipment shop
