I needed a warm, waterproof coat for a forthcoming trip and found exactly what I wanted in Mullets today. The charming assistant gave me his sole attention, listened to my needs and I was able to try on any coats with his help. I had a discount too so I was pleased with my purchase. I'm happy.

Great service. The manager is really helpful and knowledgeable. Bought two coats, trousers and gloves and needed to change one for a smaller size. No problems and really friendly. Reminds me not to shop online!

Millets in Stroud offer fantastic service, I needed a new pack, and decided to ask for help fitting whilst I was there; Ryan offered help and guidance, towards how it should fit. Which made me feel very confident in the ability of the staff at this store. I left with a discounted backpack and a half price cleaner for my boots too! I'd recommend this establishment to anyone that knows what they need. Fantastic service!

Went in today in the hope of buying some hiking boots. We started looking and were soon asked if we could do with some help. The colleague that helped us was helpful, incredibly knowledgeable about brands, technology, after-care, benefits of each type and advice on what would be best for me. Cannot be too complimentary about the service we received today.

Popped in for an exchange on Sunday, after ordering online. Staff were very helpful and sorted it out very quickly and efficiently. Boots were not in stock in the store, but the CA was able to order a replacement in the size and by Tuesday they had been delivered. Thanks very much! Top team.
