Very impressed! I recently purchased a rechargeable head torch from here, but it suddenly stopped working. Upon returning to the shop, I was dealt with most courteously and given a new replacement without any quibbling. I wish them every success if this is how they treat customers. We have recently had some tent poles repaired here and the service was amazing. The owner, Roger, had to source some different poles as ours weren't available but
made sure the repaired poles were exactly the right size and even part pitched the tent in the upstairs shop to make sure. It was very inexpensive also. We have used the tent since and it was perfect! Thanks Roger!

Been into Peak Outdoors this morning and purchased a pair of walking shoes, as usual the service was excellent from Roger, these are hard and difficult times for all businesses, particularly small ones like this, it's not all about online shopping, local people should patronise this business and others like it in order to keep our town centres alive.

Update - Roger remembered I wanted a whistle cap for my Kelly Kettle (about 8 months ago) which he did not stock at the time; took the time to dig my number out, when he got some in, called and reserved me one . Top class service!

After a really poor experience at Go Outdoors trying to buy a pair of boots I went to Peakland Outdoors. Yes you pay a bit more, but the customer service and knowledge of the products are streets apart. I will definitely use this place again.
