Millets

I’ve just met the nicest salesman ever. He got me to buy three pairs of trousers without making me feel pressured. Moreover I feel like I’ve got a great bargain. That’s my kind of shopping. 5**** for Millets. Highly recommended. oh did I mention there is a terrific sale on at the moment too?

Great customer service, I was really impressed. Warm, friendly greeting from a busy staff member as we walked in and then helped immediately by another obviously busy staff member. She helped me find the boots in my size and even brought clean, thin socks so I could see if the fluffy socks I was wearing would affect the fit. She takes them home and washes them herself - talk about going the extra mile! :D These ladies need recognising for their hard work. The boots were a real bargain, good quality and stylish. Very happy customer, thank you.

My Wife wanted some advice on the walking boots she was wearing and why a certain part of the the foot was hurting her, We we're introduced to Josh I think his name was who spent alot of time showing different kind of walking boots and what would be best and a little trick with the laces he was very knowledgeable and gave her some great advice, with that I just happened to mention that I was getting back pain and my knees sometimes hurt after a long walk and again he gave me some great advice and spent time showing me some different kind of boots. After 2 weeks of having the boots we've noticed a big difference in how we feel while out walking. So after going in for just advise and no intention of buying that day, Josh was very good with how he explained everything that we felt comfortable enough to buy them and were glad we called in. Will definitely be back for when we need anything else.

I had to exchange some waterproof trousers that I had bought online in the blacks, black Friday sale. Millets and blacks are part of the same trading company. The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble, customer service the way it should be done. This particular store is not the biggest but the staff were willing to pick up the phone and call other stores nearby to check stock, if they were unable to fulfill my requirements. If you're looking for outdoor clothing and accessories etc and you live in the area, give the ladies at this millets a go. I would be surprised if you were in any way disappointed.

Good outdoor shop. Bought a new coat for just £49 reduced from £170 so quite a bargain. Only issue with this store is that it often closes at lunch time due to lack of staff, so beware of going at that time.

I was returning or exchanging! And exchanging I did! Again good advice, a happy atmosphere! And brilliant service!!! Also given advice on how to check the soles on shoes/boots to see if that's compatible to my needs! Excellent!
