Patrol Store

I ordered an Op Zulu Jacket on offer. I ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday (today). On Friday I queried the size but Patrol Store were so quick they had already dispatched the jacket before receipt of the query. Patrol Store replied saying it had been dispatched sent advice on sizes & offered to exchange if it didn't fit. The Jacket fits perfectly, and is excellent quality. I am full of praise for Patrol Store's very quick service, help, & for the quality of the product.

They are somewhat expensive, but very comfy.

Lauren was absolutely stunning with her service into my enquiry. Not only was she quick to reply to my emails, but she even made sure that the package got redelivered on the earliest date available. Cannot fault the level of service I’ve experienced today. For all future gear needed in my upcoming years with the force, I’ll be coming back here, no shadow of a doubt.

Accidentally ordered two of the same bag, emailed asking if they can change it to just one and refund me for the other. Molly got back to me straight away and sorted it. Class customer service!

Purchased a pair of magnum strike force 8 zip composite toe boots, felt really comfy but after a couple of weeks the heal split, after a call to patrol store a new pair sent straight out with a big apology, Now ive been wearing these new boots daily for 2 months or more,through,rain,snow,mud sunshine more rain and they are so comfy and warm and wearing really well, keeping them clean and polished hopefully they will last a long time ordering was easy and excellent after care service with very fast delivery and a great boot thank you

I have been buying from Patrol Store for some years now, mainly work boots. I have always found them very efficient and helpful. Any problems, of which there have been few, are deal with quickly. The staff in the office deserve a particular mention for there helpfulness.
The quality of there products are excellent and I would recommend them for all work and leisure wear.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I had an issue with a pair of Adidas boots that I had purchased on line through Amazon, but they were just a tad too small. I called the office first thing in the morning and spoke to a lady called Mollie, who went above and beyond with her help and advice. Nothing was too much of a problem and within minutes she had put aside a larger pair of boots for me to go in and try on, just to be sure.
This level of customer service is a complete breath of fresh air, and Mollie you deserve a promotion!!! If only every company had a Mollie, there would never be any complaints.
I will definitely be back, the service is first class and thank you so so much for looking after me today ......
