I'm a regular at this branch of Rohan. I shop here for the clothes, which I find comfortable, long-lasting and well worth the price tag (definitely helps to be signed up to their catalogue – the vouchers are v handy!). I also shop here for the customer service, which I find to be consistently great. In fact, I shop here so often that I know most of the team on a first-name basis: Michelle, Christian, Alan, Alex and the lovely Uzma – thank you for being so warm and welcoming each time I visit. You are a pleasure to deal with – polite, diligent, patient and incredibly knowledgable when it comes to the stock. Signed, a very satisfied, long-time repeat customer.

After planning a trip abroad travelling through varied weather and climates a friend of mine recommended rohan. The staff there were incredibly knowledgeable about their products and knew exactly what I was looking for! Rohan is my favourite shop and this time they didn't disappoint. Helpful lady steered me to waterproof trekking trousers. A lifesaver on the very wet Southwest Coast Path last weekend.
