The staff here are friendly, professional and loyal which is more than you can say for their employer as this store has had a closing down sale for over a year with no apparent incentive for staff to stay.
The only promotion given over the last year is a continuous 30% closing down discount which in my opinion is a bit dismal as this store has a large amount of loyal customers who visit regularly and deserve more.

I telephoned ahead to locate the item and it was reserved for me. As I had a previous bad experience of purchasing shoes online, I wanted to make sure that the product was ok and most importantly that they fitted correctly. They were Dave for me and I had great service from the knowledgeable, friendly staff. Will definitely shop there again.

Plenty of stuff. Needed waterproof trousers but just noticed at the last minute that they have packs of cheaper ones by the till. Nothing wrong with £17 ones...

Good selection and prices.

Not the best customer experience, wanted to return items store assistant unable to process, needed help from an absent manager who was totally unavailable. To be fair James who dealt with me is to be commended for keeping calm and persevering got there in the end. The other staff friendly and helpful, with a good knowledge.

Very helpful staff. Had a lot of useful comments about their products. Pity they're closing down in Canterbury. I wish the talented staff all the best there in their next role.

Shorts missing from my online order but was still charged. I was also sent an a OS map which I didn’t order. After no reply to three emails to customer care and after a phone call after a week. I was told to return the map for a refund. I was offered £3.60 off the shorts if I wanted to reorder them in return for the mistake.

Went in at the beginning of the week and saw that they had a good selection of walking shoes. Went back to try, then buy some Merrell shoes. They had one pair in the size that was requested. So disappointing. Walking shoes vary so much that you really have to try them out. Apparently closing down!!!!!!
