What a great playground for the kids, lots of different playground equipment in a safe environment. (Play equipment looks like it is well maintained).
The whole playground is located in a giant sandpit so it does have a wonderful beach feel.
There is seating located on the outer sides of the play areas.
There is also a cafe at one side of the playground. (toilets located in the cafe)
Water section of the playground was not active at the time of our visit.

Lovey sand Park. They now have the splash park open. It's not very big but its good enough. The prices for the splash park are a bit weird. Baby toddlers are £3, bigger kids are £1.99 think it should be the other way round, £3 for a baby that dosnt walk for half hr is too much I think.

This Saturday both me and my sister did a 6 mile power walk down the coast line of the Thames. Managed to grab some scenic images along the way. Enjoy 📸

Really nice day out for a family fun day... I can imagine it will be really full in the summer with people doing picnics. It has quite a few interesting things for kids to play and a nice walking path by the river where you can view the bridge from a distance and probably even a see nice sunset...

Amazing place, you better buy parking for at least 3 hrs. There is so much to explore here. Advised to take a few sets of change of cloths and shoe which is easy to remove as sand will go everywhere, better remove it.
About the park, there is a toddler area which is fenced so the little ones can’t just run off. It has a small slide and little things to enjoy.
In the giant sandpit there is thinks to do for all ages and there is wheelchair accessible play area too. Outside of the sandpit there are swings, and also wheelchair accessible play stuff. There is plenty green area to do your own games too. There is entertainment this time of the year, small train, big train, water play, mini golf - these you have to pay for around £2 or a bit more.
There is a cafe and toilets.

Been going here since my daughter has been born. Now she's four & she still loves it. Since Covid/lockdown the cafe has changed owners & it is a massive improvement, better menu, much cleaner inside & outside. They have taken the bins directy outside the cafe which means a lot less bloody wasps. We just had a portion of chips, which argubly was a bit exspensive but they were very nice & the portion was big. The beach was & always is very clean, there is now a new play ship built which my daughter loved. Over the past year they have built a splash park with fountains etc. Again my daughter loved it, it was managed & kept clean very well. There is a small cost £2.70 for 25minites or £5 for an all day wrist band. Overall it was a good day at grays beach & its free, so whats better then that. Will defently be going back.
