Wapping Woods

Very nice little park. Park not woods! Nice water features.

Small lawned patch with trees and shrubs intersected by pedestrian pathways and bookended on the east-west axis by a joyless channelled water “feature “ between Tobacco Dock and Shadwell Basin.
Not much of a Wood, discouraging rather than inspiring lingering.
Much like Wapping itself - everything was formerly something else and then again, now, not what it appears to be; a pinprick of memory of what it perhaps never was - so don’t hold your breath here, move on.

A great space to relax and take in the views or run/workout. There are loads of gorgeous flowers blooming, squirrels and moorhens, time of year dependent.

Lovely local wood area leading from the canal up to Shadwell Basin. They have rewilded a section, which is nice to see. Plenty of grass and trees, and waterfall and bridge. Sometimes see a couple of people doing parkour. Both cyclist and pedestrian friendly. You can enjoy sitting on the grass or a bench.

Good place unfortunately a lot of dog owners don't clean after their dogs. Disgusting

Beautiful park. Have cupple of beaches to sit down and enjoy. Very carm and give relaxing feeling. Ideal place to walk your dog, spend time with your loved ones.

A really lovely, cute, colourful, quiet area!

Very quiet, beautiful just so relaxing...lovely walk around the canal...take a book or have a picnic...kids will love the ducks/ducklings and the swans...
