Found the car drop off location easily enough and into North Terminal through the hotel quickly.
Despite trying to make sure we remembered how to get back on our return we took a while to get to the correct floor (1st) as the hotel signs on the lifts are tiny.
The lift one floor down from the hotel to the parking area was broken but they had extra people on hand to lug our bags down the stairs and it was a bit chaotic when we went to collect our keys as a bus load of drivers arrived to take cars away at the same time.
Despite this our car was there and we managed to get on the road pretty quickly and would use the service again.

Parked up smoothly jetted off to warmer climates as planned. However, we needed to return a week early due to a family bereavement and therefore had to liaise from abroad to arrange this. This was all done simply and on our arrival the car was ready without fuss. Very happy with the service and at an excellent price too - even for only 6 days it turned out!

Very pleased with the service provided both with the greet and meet aspects of our holiday. The drivers who we dealt with were polite, articulate and helpful. We have used meet and greet services extensively over several years and this was the first time when the driver actually had our car ready for us when we arrived in the designated parking zone with our luggage - it saved so much time with no hanging around at the start of journey home. Highly recommended!

Meet and Greet at Gatwick Airport is the way to go. Easy to find and efficient service, drop off was easy and the only snag we had was on pick up as we were slow clearing customs and our bags were already on the carousel. So when we called to have the car ready at baggage they had little time to be at the pickup point so we had to wait 10 mins. I would just like to point out this was 01:30 time. Happy with the service and would use again without hesitation.

Excellent car parking at Gatwick. The number plate recognition system worked really well. I had no problem finding a space, No problem parking, short walk to the bus straight to the terminal and kept my keys.
On my return got on the bus, a short ride to my car, I drove up to the barrier which informed me that I owed £125.00. I was a little taken aback by this but pressed the button to talk to a controller who asked for my registration number which I gave and Hey Presto the barrier opened and I was on my way home. Still don't know why the number recognition system didn't do its job on my return but all in all an excellent service. I would recommend this service to all.

This has been a very pleasant surprise. Leaving the car was easy and streamlined process with very easy access to Gatwick's North terminal. Collecting the car was so much quicker (and even a bit cheaper) than any other long-term parking option we have ever tried. The service was courteous and efficient. We could even opt to have the car valeted while we were away, if we'd wanted. I would recommend this and will definitely try it again next time we travel.

Overall the price was good and quick transportation to the terminal. Finding the location was not easy and when I put the postal code it took me to Hotel which was not the best when you are almost late for a flight and could be stressful. The parking was very organized and marked so easy to find the car again. We were a bit confused when it did not read our license plate in and out but the staff were very calm and helpful.
