Charging parking for access to public health and an nhs hospital site, really?

Dead handy for the park, tennis courts and kids play area

Easy to pay and display and then to top up online rather thsn make my way back to the car park. The car park was tidy, well designed with good sized spaces... Only thing I didn't notice was if the any security on the place.

Great place for walks.
