Portion is good but food serve was cold

Came for a quick lunch and took the recommendation they suggested me. A brioche with fish and chips. Liked it very much

Today I took a friend to experience the cakes as it is usually one of my preferred places to have desserts. We stood in the reception and was completely ignored by two members of staff. When a family came in behind us they were asked if they were eating in and we were ignored. They were asked to sit down and I asked if we should just find somewhere to sit. There was more than one waiter and it should not have been so inefficient. I have not experienced this service in other branches. The family were asked if they wanted drinks and we were ignored. We walked out in disgust. This is not a way to run a business.

Bought and order something and tried to use the bathroom me and my friend
They only let me use it and my friend couldn’t
They wanted him to buy something to use the bathroom

Terrible place (Food very average). Don't even go to Toilets... You may need wellies... Customer Services cannot be rated it is below 0 (not all the waitresses are bad... The one without glasses is very nice but the level of the other girl is killing the reputation of this place... I observed the way the waitress speaks to Customer... Well it should be Customer first but trust me here is a different world... Also arguing in public with Colleagues... So unless you are in terrible need of sweets... Walk your way out...

Staff very rude just want to clear your plates even if your not finshed.
Had to fight to keep cups

We've tried to go there two times, one late evening and other early in the morning, both times, customer service was horrible. Today, waitress was really disrespectful not offering even two high chairs for my kids, both under 3, she just point where to leave the stroller in a very bad manner, twice, even knowing I was trying to take my baby out to move the stroller easier. Last but not least, she just threw the menus to the table when we were to trying to seat, so we decided to leave. Reading comments, glad to see we were not only ones experiencing this. They need to take prompt actions to correct something that should their must, staff & customer service. Avoid this place at any cost.

The food is good per standard, but the service lacks so much! Not a smile from the serving waitress, when asked for a coffee, her answer was a bothered 'coffee how?' and when we tried to call for attention she abruptly answered ' I'm not finished'. This is not the first time this happened at this location, but this time I wanted to give some feedback.
