The staff here are so friendly and professional.! The store always has a nice selection of watches and jewellery that is usually in excellent condition and very competitively priced. Never any pressure to buy anything. The staff are knowledgeable and go the extra mile to help you and always do there best with any enquiries. I can't recommend highly enough. You can save so much money coming here and avoiding buying brand new. Honestly give it a try you will be surprised. Watford store gives a class A service and honestly cannot fault the service provided.

The service today was amazing. I was served by the store manager Florentina. She made sure I knew exactly what was happening and that I was okay with it all. She was extremely polite, friendly and informative. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them to others. 😄

As per Ricardo Maldini - My watch was brand new, in the box with all the papers and sealed. They were given the precise model number and facts as well as photographs by email. They gave a 'conditional' offer of £250 by email, when I took it to the shop they came back with an offer of £100. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING could have changed or been wrong with my initial description, the watch was brand new, mint, in the box with all papers and this was exactly as the shop saw it. I had even got a new battery fitted with a lifetime guarantee, if anything the value should have gone up! What I suggest is happening is that in the shop the staff are perhaps giving a rating as to how desperate the customer might be to sell and the 'valuers' who are supposedly remote then come back with an offer tailored to the desperation level. Obviously I didn't sell to them, it would have gone straight into their window for £500 minimum. I am not writing this out of anger it is just a true representation of exactly what happened. If webuyanycar did this they would have riots at their premises, H & T are absolute charlatans, never ever again.

I visited the shop yesterday to collect my gold which i pawn a couple of months ago and was worth £1000. I had a bad experience with the staff. I find the staff very rude, disrespectfull, incompetent and unprofessional. After I paid £1, 298 to collect my product, the lady brought it out of the box, after checking it I noticed that she had already taken the jewellery box away. I called her attention to the fact that the jewellery box was mine and that I brought in with my gold. she started arguing with me that the box belonged to them and later realised that the jewellery box was mine and she gave it back to me and walked away. I called her back and demanded an apology but she refused to apologise. Her manager was also sitting in the background and did not say a word. I will never go there again. I will attend other shops where staff are more respectful and professional.

I've been using H&T pawnbrokers for twenty plus years, in that expanse of time you can expect one or two hiccups. But on the whole the staff, especially at the Watford branch, are a great bunch, they are friendly, knowledgeable and really try to help if you need it. I used their services recently and will continue to.
