The Perfume Shop

A bigger floor space would be better as shop is always crowded.
However, prices are fair. You get points on your store card which can be used for discount on perfumes.

Staff are very friendly, they always give me free samples when I request and hold all bags when available. Definitely recommend

Very good customer service, should've asked for the assistants name, so that I could name her here. She was really great, I got a gucci flora for my girlfriend which the assistant suggested.

There was a 20% discount running on items over £50, I think, it was a great deal none the less.

The staff were incredibly helpful. I wanted a small aftershave for holiday and was pointed towards a cheap refill. No sales pressure or anything. Very helpful and Informative 100% would go back.

Selection is good as always but confusing sometimes with segregation of male and female fragrances. Understaffed sometimes meaning trying to figure stuff out for yourself. Staff could be interested on occasion.

This perfume shop store is great. The upper floor store has always had staff that are attentive and happy to help. I would not go to any other Fragrance shop! Excuse the pun! ;)

I love shopping for my perfumes here. The staff are usually helpful in selecting affordable perfumes. It is a pity that they are now charging for wrapping as it used to be free months back.

Great service 🌟 but not as well stocked as it usually is. Perhaps it is just the time of year. Good discounts too 💕

The till service here was awful and the customer care assistants were very unhelpful, their demeanour was very unwelcoming. The only redeeming factor was Barbara who helped me with gift wrapping and did so with a smile. She definitely understood customer service. Won't be buying my perfumes here in the future.
