Normally the staff are lovely but there is a new staff member with a horrible attitude and just generally rude, should not be working in customer service at all.

Always helpful here polite friendly staff good variety of aftershaves...and they price for compare. Hannah and the girls are always welcoming polite and friendly...I'd like to commend them for such great customer service id use this branch of the fragrance shop without hesitation well done girls in particular id like to thank Hannah 1st class.
