The Perfume Shop Taunton

Unfortunately this shop agreed to price match (nearly) an online price. Then charged full
Price which I later realised when I got home. This is was more than I wanted to pay as was cheaper online.

The online team were reluctant to resolve this. Better off buying from more competitive online or local stores that don't overcharge after agreeing to a price match.

Poor customer service, didn’t have either of the products I wanted (I know that can’t be helped in certain circumstances)

One stop shop for all my perfume needs...

Most of my perfumes are from this specific branch, despite leaving Taunton I still get most of my perfumes from this branch!

Went today with my daughter and can not fault the service we received. The lady who served us was extremely friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy and made us both feel valued as customers. Would highly recommend this store and will definitely return

No stock before christmas

Great prices and wrapping service, poor customer service, maybe serve with some Christmas spirit and less attitude……..
