Kam with a K, Is an amazing sales associate who quickly guided me to my new favourite smell. Her first class customer service skills should be rewarded!!!

Total lack of costumer service, Staff did show very little knowledge about the perfumes they have on display and on top of that being Sunday they were feeling not very interested in selling anything at all.
Sad as usually the staff in this location use to be very attentive.

The girl who served me with the pony tail was absolutely lovely. The taller asian girl with long curled hair was really rude (unprovoked). After the other girl served me, I asked if they gift wrap and the second girl came over without even talking to me she starts to take perfume and I asked if she could just make sure the receipt or price isn't inside and she doesn't even acknowledge me.

I then asked her if she heard me and she said "yeah, I said mm hmm". She continues to wrap. It was wrapped horribly with the seletape showing. And she proceeds to just hand me the bag again without saying anything. Absolutely no communication. No eye contact, yet plenty of eye rolls.

It seemed like she did not want to be there at all and the customers are a nuisance.

Aniqa and Sadim were very welcoming and helpful people, great banter and beautiful vibes! Way better people than the ones at the fragrance shop, promote them!!

Great collection of many different perfumes. Customer service was superb and they were very patient and willing to help in choosing the right perfume. They know what they are talking about and are expert in perfumes. Good prices and discounts. Will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Amazing customer service, one of the guys there called Jay was funny and polite. Best shopping experience I’ve had in a while. Will definitely be back
