The Perfume Shop Sutton

A relative asked us to buy a gift from here. The store is okay, but incredibly small and easily crowded. All perfumes are kept behind counters, so if you want to look at any or test their scents, I'd suggest visiting the nearby Debenhams.

Staff are helpful and know a lot about the products. A lot of people were asking for advice and they offered in depth answers. They did seem pretty distracted today but to be fair it's Christmas Eve and it was really busy. Despite the crowds, they were all friendly and working hard.

We travelled by taxi July 2021 to this perfume shop to buy a special perfume. However after 40 minutes travel and returned home we were very upset that the perfume bottle spray nozzle was missing and could not use it. The perfume was expensive. We rang the Perfume shop and told the staff. The staff Emily said it was bad luck for you and she laughed. I told her it was not funny. We rang the head office and spoke to them about the bad customer service received. I travelled again to Sutton and told the staff I need another perfume and asked for it to be opened and sprayed before leaving. Emily apologised and gave me two gifts for the inconvenience. The gifts did not cover the amount of taxi fares paid for. The staff in this shop was very laidback. The staff said it was the warehouse fault that the perfume bottle was defective.

I was looking for a gift which I got. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately didn't get her name. Thank you. Going to visit again :-)

the perfume shop excellent the young lady that served us was very helpful and patient you know what we customers are like when we're buying cologne and perfume for our love one i thank her for her support...😆

The staff is not welcoming customers very rude and no knowledgeable at all just rush me to purchased very bad this is bad experience I had the service very poor without any recommendations between perfumes types..

Elegantly presented fragrance store, small but contains a lot & staff always friendly, courteous & very helpful.

No choice, simple corner...
