My go to shop for everyday and gifting perfumes. Has a full collection at a reasonable price with loads of offers and discounts. Dont forget to get your membership card which offers a £5 discount at every 100 points.

The sales assistant were very friendly and helpful, even though she were one of a few in the shop.

Went in the shop as I saw they had a sale going on. Was served by an amazing rep Rebecca. She was very energetic, recommend amazing scents and was extremely helpful. Such an amazing experience visiting this store.

The store isn't too bad, but it's not as good as it used to be. The online service is a disgrace, I purchased some fragrances looking forward to receiving them. A couple of hours later I received an email issuing me a refund claiming one of 2 things happened, I either cancelled my order. Which I did not, or there isn't enough stock. They still didn't change the quantity online, encouraging more people to buy a sold out perfume. Disgusting service

I would like to extend my thanks to Yurdal for always displaying good customer service. She's patient and a great salesperson.
An absolute asset to The Perfume Shop.

I went to this shop today, expecting a normal service. There were two sales personnel and a manager (?) shouting at them. He asked me how are you ok? and continue shouting at his personnel. I left the shop without been served. I will avoid this shop in a future

Unlike Boots these guys deliver on their click and collect promise. Ready within a couple of hours with a great selection of perfumes.
