They have very rude staff, I had terrible experience with one of the supervisors, GALEN, who was in the till shouting on me because I was spraying too much perfume according with him. Probably he knows nothing about perfumes and believes that one can test the performance of a perfume just smelling it from the strip or your wrist. So Mr Galen, no, it's not enough, we need to wear the perfume for a while to test its longevity and sillage, before committing with a 80£ purchase! Will never go back to this store!

The employees are not even discreet about following black people around the store. It made me uncomfortable. Also, a lot of their products are slightly damaged. It's like an outlet but without outlet prices. You can find better almost anywhere.

Horrible experience with the security …absolutely rude and uncouth.. after spending my hard earned money, I will never go to this branch ever again. Absolutely disgusted. I don’t recommend the branch, I wonder why black people are being followed around in 2022 disgraceful. If I had the option I’ll give zero stars

Woooooooow amazing collections of perfumes....so many ouds to choose frm too

Recently I bought Giorgio Armani Profumo here. Unfortunately it's not a genuine product. I contacted L'ORÉAL Giorgio Armani and they confirmed this is a knock-off. £82 for a knock-off in a high street store. Beforehand you buy your favourite fragrance make sure you know exactly how the real product looks like and how the bottle is made.

Visited on november 29th and Priya or Priyanka (I hope I have the right name!) was very kind and helpful and helped me find the perfect perfume for myself.

Faulty items and poor customer care!
Bought a faulty item and went back to return it. No apologies or refund received in the end. The attitude of the lady was completely oposite of what you would expect from a respectable shop. In the end the shop lost one regular customer for "following the procedures".
