Ordered fir my daughters birthday, waited weeks to be told i wouldnt

it now waiting nearly a month for a refund!!!!

You can definitely tell the staff at the fragrance shop have had way to much filler; it's clouded their judgment on common sense.
They don't know where my item is they don't know how to find my item but yet was quick enough to take the money for my item.
Definitely worth avoiding.

A great little shop with a good selection of products. We went to find some new fragrances for a special occasion and Rachel was great! She was very patient, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!
