Joyce at Jo Malone Selfridge was so lovely, super patient and attentive. We got the cologne collection and was shown various ways of mixing scents! Love the experience and will defo come back!!

Brilliant service from Joyce. After explaining my purposes of purchase (an aboard wedding gift), she recommended products that suit my needs in a very considerate way. Joyce was never be annoyed with my preference but able to match the perfume with my style. Definitely gonna return for some more items.

Alya gave me the royal treatment with proseccos and flavour notes on the perfumes. She also helped sort personalisation, gift-wrapping, charms and samplers. Thank you for being kind and lovely person.

I had a wonderful experience today with Margaret and Alya. I cannot explain how happy I am today, when I left with my wedding perfume in my hand and a suprise print of our wedding date on the box. I was offered champagne whilst picking my perfume from the selection offered to me, and just felt incredibly happy the whole time. Thank you, so much for the small touches.

Just had the most relaxing arm and hand massage by the lovely Bushra. She was so kind and welcoming from when we first came in and offered us a prosecco along with great chat!! 100% recommend and would come back tomorrow!

If you ever wanna experience Jo Malone culture of kindness value you must visit Selfridge store and meet Alya! As a tourist it was kinda hard to live the proper Jo Malone values and enjoy their amazing products and services but thanks to Alya I had good time and will definitely go again to same location and sales person!
