I have been attending classes for more than a year. They have been hugely beneficial. The classes are almost always oversubscribed which is a testament in itself. If you do not book as soon as you are allowed to you end up on the waiting list. I recommend IaIn's classes to anyone, young or old, if they want to improve their sense of wellbeing.

I used to do some of Iain's classes at the Leisure Centre but since lockdown in March Iain has switched to online provision. This is brilliant, it gives me the option of joining "live" or doing the class later on catch-up. Iain provides such a wide variety of classes and is an expert in all areas - I don't know quite how he does it! He is very caring and knowledgeable. When I had a painful shoulder in lockdown he advised me what exercises to do to make it better, so helpful! Thank you Iain.

I highly recommend Olcote Wellbeing! I had some personal training sessions with Iain, at which he showed me what exercise I needed to undertake to help an underlying health condition and how to do this safely - his knowledge and expertise were excellent and very reassuring. I now regularly take part in his online exercise classes - I love the convenience of being able to do them from home at a time to suit me, and what's more ... they are great fun!

Brilliant online fitness classes covers all aspects of fitness, the great thing about being online I can fit the classes in around my schedule I take part in the yoga, pilates, & core conditioning. It's great to see a familiar face if I haven't seen anyone else all week. Fantastic teacher !
