I love training at Fit20. I have been training with Attila since August 2019 and each week, I feel stronger, my body shape is changing. He is a really passionate trainer and helps you push harder each session. It is a great strength workout you have to give your best just once a week. Along with healthy eating you achieve amazing results.

I'm a 66 yr old woman and have been going to FIT20 Chiswick for over 3 years (taking lockdown into consideration) I have had some major surgery on various bits of my body and have to say that Fit20 is the best thing I've ever done. It has improved my strength considerably and has helped protect my other knee from a replacement! I'm very aware about bone and muscle health now and don't want to be an old lady who gets stuck on the floor after a fall ! The trainer is great, kind and encouraging and puts up with my moaning! I thoroughly recommend FIT20 Chiswick

Attila and his team are fantastic. They take time to really understand what you want to achieve, what's stopped you getting results in the past, etc. They then help you to train regularly and safely so you can see realistic results in reasonable time!

I have benefited so much from my weekly one to one sessions.
My fitness levels are beyond any expectation I had when I signed up for Fit 20. My core fitness is definitely enhanced and so is my energy level.
Attila is such a great personal trainer. He is always positive and is very professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I can thoroughly recommend this form of training and it's only twenty minutes a week.

I have done excessive my entire life ranging from swimming, aerobic classes to regular gym but I have never felt my body change in such a way as it did at fit20. My posture has improved considerably, muscles I did not know existed have strengthened and I have felt an overall positive change to my lifestyle. I worked with Attila for over a year. He is very professional and is always flexible with my timings. Now, I’m working with my daughter and we have switched trainers to Elena. Elena is absolutely perfect. She truly cares that you are working the right muscles, and not damaging anything, particularly your lower back. She is always giving 100% in every session and it is a delight to work with her. Although there has been no weight loss, I have gained significant muscles and feel lighter than before.

I've been going to fit20 for over two years now and I still look forward to the weekly session even though it never gets any easier. The saying definitely holds true here: no pain no gain.
Attila, the trainer is excellent, he's very patient and really pushes you to do better without overdoing it.
The results are clear and measured, I can see I have come a long way with the weights I'm lifting since I started, and my strength has improved significantly. I look forward to more results :)

I am 71 and, since I started in 2020, the improvement to my overall muscle strength has been amazing. Attila always ensures my posture is correct for each weight machine so I don't strain anything and is always encouraging. I would highly recommend.

Fit20 is a very efficient way to work all major muscles in just 20 mn. It has made me feel stronger as I progress month on month. Attila is a fantastic personal trainer and gets you to give your best at every session. And, you feel so good afterwards!
