I have been training with Paul for 6 months and have had a brilliant experience! He does a great job at mixing up the workouts to keep it fresh each week. The workouts are always challenging but his energy and positivity keeps you going. I have really noticed a difference in my fitness and muscle tone as a result - would definitely recommend!

I started Paul's trail running sessions a couple of years ago and as a "non-runner" was initially worried about being able to keep up with the group. Paul is so encouraging and positive though that I needn't have worried as he has a great way of getting the best out of everyone, regardless of their ability. We are lucky to have such amazing countryside on our doorstep and these trail running sessions have been a great way to get out and explore parts of it that I wouldn't normally see. His enthusiasm for training and the outdoors is plain to see - providing much needed motivation on those cold/wet Friday mornings! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Paul is a fantastic personal trainer who’s helped me get back to running. Paul’s trail runs are often through beautiful ashridge and surrounds, the perfect setting for outdoor exercise. The sessions are varied and always fun. I’d recommend Paul to anyone looking to improve their fitness!

I have been training with Paul for a few years now, focusing on general fitness and boxing. I highly recommend his classes to anyone, however fit, he adapts exercises for different levels and makes working out fun! I have made some lovely friends from these sessions, classes are very welcoming! During this difficult time of lockdown he has adapted his classes which are now online - a real life line during crazy times!

I've been going to Paul's boxing classes for a number of months now and it's literally the highlight of the week. I'd never done it before, but Paul really knows what he's doing, is really welcoming and I've found him to be excellent at catering for both the experienced and the novices, getting the best out of everyone in attendance. I would thoroughly recommend Paul to anyone.

I've known Paul a long time, an amazing guy that has given alot of his time and energy over the years to raise hundreds of thousands of pounds for charity (the 'Mudpack Challenge' a particular success!).
His ethos and passion for fitness is an inspiration. He's helped me prepare for half marathons and a rather challenging 20 mile obsticle course!.. has also given advice on nutrition, and even helped me find the right trainers for my specific needs. I often attend his Wednesday night boxing based fitness class which is a fantastic stress buster! ....I would highly recommend Paul to anyone that wants a change from the standard gym sessions (or needs to get off the sofa and get fit !!), a pleasure to be around, and a good listener .. only personal trainer I would ever use!..

I came across Paul's boxing class when I had just recently moved to the area not knowing anyone and so I decided it would be good for me to try a new class, I am so glad that I did. I felt so welcomed by Paul and the whole group, the atmosphere was great, he pushed my limits. Paul cares about not only just your physical health but also your mental health and has changed my life for the better. 🤗💪👊

Paul is great. I was nervous to restart vigorous exercise but he immediately helped me regain my confidence and now I enjoy working out again. He tailors the sessions to suit what I enjoy as well as working the full body and I always achieve more than I think I can.

Paul is a really nice guy who puts you at ease and this isn’t a drill sergeant workout!
