In the time that I have been trained by both Tom and Dan, I have always felt positively challenged and personally supported. They have been sensitive to, and understanding of, my complex personal circumstances and have still made me feel motivated to work hard. Even in the breaks I have had to take in my training, Tom has kept in touch, and checked up on how I'm doing. I like to work hard when I train and I have made steady, positive progress every time. I really can't recommend them enough really. If you're looking for committed, personable, motivating trainers to help achieve your goals, whatever they are, I'd definitely recommend these guys.

During the consultation I made up my mind right away to book with Tom. He was engaging and interested in my exercise history and what my goals are. My training with Dan has been very challenging but enjoyable, Tom and Dan have made me feel comfortable and have encouraged me to push myself. Dan is very knowledgable, experienced, reassuring and fun to work with. Despite moving away shortly, I will continue to book with Tom/Dan and will return to the area for the sessions!

Tom is a nice guy with a steely determination making him the perfect personal trainer. I have had bad experiences with other trainers and am glad I gave Tom a go, have been with him for over 3 years now and at 47 am the fittest I have ever been. He pushes you hard but not to the point where you make an excuse to miss the next session. If you want to lose weight or just tone up give him a call.

After years of wasting money on gym memberships that were rarely used I have been training with Tom for over four years and this is money well spent. My goals are realistic and very much tailored to me, I am pushed to go further but within the limits that I am happy with. Tom offers a full range of metrics to help track progress against targets. Can not recommend him or the team highly enough.

Tom and Dan are fantastic trainers - motivating with a really positive approach (no scary shouting unless you want it!) as well as being friendly and welcoming - no session has been quite the same but always with the aim to improve or push your fitness in an achievable way - They don't let you get away with much and work you hard but are always the first to highlight an improvement or positive change! My fitness has improved++ since starting with them - would recommend them every time

I have been training with Tom for the past 2 years, only stopped as I'm going travelling as I would still be training with him.
Since being with Tom I have learned so much about how my body and muscles work and taking all of his knowledge to be able to use on my own.
I've always loved going to the gym but having a personal trainer makes a session a bit more fun and I find a push myself a little bit more when I train with Tom. Not only does he offer personal training and dietary advise, he does a few client trips which are always fun and gives you something to work for.
I would highly recommend Tom if you want to change your lifestyle and have fun while getting in shape.

I initially looked into PT sessions as I was very nervous about going to the gym and was looking for some guidance. I have been training with Tom for around 3 months now and I cannot thank him enough. He has helped build my confidence and understanding in the gym. He is always so positive and each session is different and I already feel so much stronger. Would highly recommend.

Dan has been training my husband for around 6 months now and recently I started to go along to the sessions as well.

Dan is very knowledgeable and tailors the sessions to our specific requirements. He always ensures that our technique is correct to avoid injury.

He changes the routine every time to optimise the results, which makes every session different, interesting, challenging and fun!

We are delighted with the results, as we are both looking and feeling so much stronger and fitter.

We’d like to say a huge thank you to Dan for his support and encouragement. We are looking forward to continuing to improve our fitness under his guidance.
