I have been training with dale for over a year and a half now and it has had a very positive impact on my life. Each session is tailor made to help you achieve your personal goals while still being fun and enjoyable. Dale is supportive throughout these sessions while also providing support throughout the week with any dietary issues or questions you may have. Since training with dale I have improved in all aspects of fitness,from strength to flexibility. I have also became more understanding of my nutritional needs and how I can best support my body in order to get the most out of myself in the sessions.

Dale has helped me no end to loose the unwanted weight I needed to loose in a short period of time.
He has not only helped me to loose weight but has also made me gain confidence in myself to be able to achieve my goals and feel confidence in my body as well.
I look forward to each session and setting new goals and achievements.
I would highly recommend him as a PT to anyone as he helps me to set realistic goals and motivates me to achieve them.

I’ve been training with Dale PT for over 18 months now. In that time I’ve dropped a dress size and got leaner and much fitter.
I train with a friend and that really helps with the motivation and enjoyment of the session. The exercises are mixed up and this variety prevents the sessions becoming boring or repetitive.
I’m convinced an hour with Dale each week is better than 3 hours on your own in the gym!

Dale helped me find my motivation after years of not training properly and eating poorly. He not only got me back into the physical side of training but also helped design a meal plan that suited me and helped to achieve my goals. Would definitely recommend Dale to anyone, from first time gym goer to experienced trainer.

Best PT. With every training I feel stronger and I am loooovin’ it ! I started because I wanted to lose weight and I never tought I will like building muscle! After 6 month I can say that building muscle and losing weight go hand in hand. Best feeling ever. Bonus point: confidence booster.

Dale has been a fantastic personal trainer for both me and my wife. My wife has been with Dale for more than half a year before I joined and we now have a duo session once a week. Dale is a great motivator and even in our duo training session, manages to give us both his personal attention. Dale will post daily on our WhatsApp group with tips and recommendations on how to achieve our goals and at the start of every session, will measure both our weight and fat (we are both trying to lose weight and fat). Even just one session a week has been hugely rewarding and worth every penny. We highly recommend Dale as a personal trainer, whether you are brand new, a novice or long term gym user.

Dale has been helping me lose weight since June and I've lost alot already. I am so happy with where I am now both physically and mentally. I do couple sessions with my Husband and really enjoy it. I would 100% recommend Dales personal training

I started with dale to gain exposure to the gym, not only did I want to build muscle but to built the confidence to attend the gym in itself.
He really focused on my priorities and after 3 months I can happily say he has completely changed my motivation levels and has helped me reach my full potential.
He’s a game changer!
