Alex has been an amazing personal trainer in every aspect, she is understanding, encouraging, accommodating, and so much fun to work with! As well as working towards your goals, at every session she reads your mood too and tailors each session appropriately, keeping your mind healthy as well as your body. I've never met a PT so invested in her client's wellbeing. Nothing but praise for this fabulous lady!

I have been training on and off with Alex since Covid times whenever I am back in Folkestone and I could not recommend a better trainer!! We have worked both outside in parks, gardens and also in the Gym and the sessions are always unique and tailored to me and my needs!! I recently had an illness which impacted on my health and she made sure that the sessions were suited to building me back up to strength again so if you are a first timer or someone who has been going for a while she is suitable for everyone as she is incredibly knowledgeable in what she does. Genuinely if you are struggling to find a trainer in the area or not sure who to go with then DO NOT HESITATE! :)

I have been training with Alex now for about 8 months. She is a very knowledgeable trainer, providing information on nutrition as well as physical exercise. She knows just how far she can train you to get the benefits. Adapting lessons each week so you get variety but also targeting particular muscle groups. She is full of enthusiasm and fun to train with. I would heartily recommend her as a trainer.

I’ve been training with Alex for about 6 months now. In that time, I’ve been able to go from being mainly a half-marathon runner who occasionally ran 15 or 16 miles, to completely first a 30km trail race, then a hilly trail marathon and finally a very hilly winter 50km ultramarathon. Without suffering any of the injuries or niggles I’d experienced on previous attempts to increase distances. Alex’s training has played an essential roll in helping me achieve this. Her training sessions have helped me develop strength and agility in all my critical muscle groups, both those vulnerable to injury from overuse in running and those that get neglected. It’s been great to come back to training after each race and be able to tweak the training sessions to address each new challenge. Hugely appreciated and recommended.

I have been trained by Alex and she is excellent at leading both group and independent training. Her sessions are engaging and she supports every level of need, I would highly recommend her as a PT!

I started training with Alex to shed post-lockdown weight and to support getting back intoTriathlon and Marathon training. Since training with Alex, my upper body & ABS started showing nice muscle definishon, my swimming got much stronger without putting hours in the pool and my running bio-mechanics improved giving me stronger performance and injury free trail marathon training. Alex provides a variety of training from heavy weights to light bio-mechanics adapted acrodingly to my racing calendar. I would highly recommend Alex to fellow multi-sport enthusiasts and anyone looking for engaging, knowlegable and fun PT to kick their butt into shape.

Alex knows her stuff! Almost session I'll try a new exercise and she knows exactly how many reps to do to push me but not go overboard. Very flexible with timing/location. Over the last few months we've done some sessions in the gym when it's open or in the park due to COVID. Highly recommended
