Hudson is one of the most positive people you'll ever meet and is always ready at the gym with words of wisdom and encouragement. Sessions with Hudson keep me motivated and have been the driving force behind getting me to the gym regularly for the last year...and actually enjoying it!

No week is the same and he knows exactly how to challenge you with creative sessions. He's very approachable and gives great advice on nutrition and technique.

Hudson's experience is evident and I'd absolutely recommend him as a great PT for anyone looking to achieve their goals.

Hudson is very professional, he curates a personal workout plan for your goals with nutrition advise too. I came to the gym with specific toning goals (down to inches) and he helped me to achieve them very quickly! His methods are innovative, original for my needs, and most importantly, EFFECTIVE! Also, he always record your progress to that he could make changes to the workouts as your body builds up. I've compared him with other PTs in the gym by attending all their classes, he's the best. You will be in such good hands! All in all, he's very good at what he does, knowledgeable, caring, and motivating! Thank you and hopefully to train with you again when I'm back in London!

I initially started training with Hudson with the aim of losing weight for a family wedding. I was taught everything there is to know about nutrition, fitness, workout routines and muscle building. I really enjoy my training session with Hudson his standards are always high and he's very encouraging with a 'can do' attitude. He pushes you to get the most out of each excerise while maintaining good form.

The sessions pass quick and are always varied. I've learnt a lot of new techniques and excerises which I can incorporate into my own gym sessions.

I'm definitely seeing a different getting more toned and stronger which is exactly what I wanted whilst learning and improving my form.

Working out with Hudson has been such an amazing journey. Hudson has personalized my workout exercises to fit my health level while making adjustments on my previous injuries. These workout routines are challenging and push me to perform fully. I have loss weight and gain strength. I look forward to continuing our sessions and I would recommend Hudson to all, he is a great trainer.

Hudson has been my personal trainer for more than a month and I have enjoyed every minute of it. He is serious about his job… he respects your time and money and always goes an extra mile, he truly knows his stuff and he is a fabulous, excellent motivator… Hudson is a great and very charming guy-enough to make you want to push yourself and put in that extra bit of effort, which makes you sweat… and sweat... session with Hudson not only gives your body a push to stay fit, but your mental health is lifted too. He is a star; just the right balance between encouragement and pressure. He helps me with my sciatica pain, it was so bad running from my hip side of my buttock, now I can feel a huge improvements!
