Absolutely love the small group personal training I do at Fleet Fitness. I am fitter, stronger, leaner and lighter in my late forties (after two children) than I was in my twenties. They cater for all fitness levels and supported me training my way through a lower back issue by tailoring my training to suit and building and strengthening my core and back muscles. I really haven’t looked back since I joined Fleet Fitness nearly two years ago and can’t believe what I am achieving now in terms of stamina and strength. The training pushes me without feeling pressured and I feel part of a great community and team. I also love the extra services offered such as nutritional support and advice and there is also a healthy balance of socials added into the mix that have involved a team training session followed by pizza and a gin tasting. I would highly recommend giving it a try. It could change your whole attitude to exercise and fitness.

I started fleet with several injuries, minimal confidence and absolutely no consistency in my training - I’m now 5+ months in and all that has totally changed. I genuinely love working out at fleet - Harriet & the team have created the most amazing environment to encourage & inspire no matter what fitness level or age you are. I’ve achieved consistency and gained so much strength in the short time I’ve been a member. The space is always immaculate, the sessions are challenging but tailored to suit every ability, the atmosphere is endlessly encouraging with a real family feel. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Fleet Fitness to anyone - you won’t regret joining such a wonderful community!

Have been working out at Fleet Fitness for about a year now & love it. It’s not pretentious like so many gyms & all the people who attend are just there to work out, keep fit & enjoy their exercise. It’s a friendly, relaxed atmosphere & the team give great encouragement. I love the small group PT session format & the instruction from Harriet & team is 1st class! Highly recommend

I’ve been training at Fleet Fitness since it opened (and with Harriet a while before that) and can honestly say it’s the best gym I’ve been a member of. Harriet cares about each individual member and works with them to get the most out of their fitness journey. The community is wonderful and supportive, no matter what your ability. Fleet has the highest standards for equipment and cleanliness too, and is like no other gym in the area.

As the older lady(over 60) and nervous about attending a gym Fleet Fitness have turned my life around. I feel happier in my body, healthier and full of energy (most days😀)
The team are friendly, encouraging and nothing is too much trouble. They will adapt to your needs and support without hesitation. Fellow gym goers are great and I never feel as if I am 20 years+ In their presence.
Location and setting are also ideal no probs with parking and doors open withproper country air😀
Give them a whirl you will not regret it 😀

I’ve trained at many different gyms over the years, but never really stuck at it, since joining fleet fitness it’s the first time I’ve been motivated and consistent in turning up and training hard. I can’t recommend Harriett enough! She is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and really takes pleasure out of seeing her clients improve and hit their goals. . So pleased I was recommended to give fleet fitness a try.

I have been a member at Fleet Fitness for nearly two years and wouldn't want to train anywhere else.
The small group personal training is perfect for me. I arrive at the gym safe in the knowledge that my session has been expertly planned to make sure I get the most out of it through development of strength, skill and fitness.
Exercises can be adapted to you depending on your current level of ability and/or any injury and you get first class coaching throughout.
It's a wonderful community that I love being a part of!

I've had Jay as a PT for around four months now. I was looking to shift a bit of lockdown weight and improve my overall fitness - I sometimes need a bit of a kick when it comes to exercise motivation! Over the last four months I've noticed a massive improvement in the weight I can move, technique, fitness levels and my general confidence when it comes to exercise - this is all down to Jay. I couldn't rate him higher and would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone.

The whole team at Fleet are amazing too. I've attended various classes to help support my PT sessions and fitness journey - these have been invaluable to my progress. It's a great gym and the facilities they have are ideal.
