The trainers here are so welcoming and non judgemental!! The attention I received from my trainer (7” Steve the Terminator “) was amazing... regaining my confidence with squatting following an incident earlier this year with an entirely different trainer - the trainers at Cre8 motivated me to keep going but also knew when enough was enough for my body. They helped me do my first ever assisted chin ups within 3 months of being there- which is astonishing!! Definitely made me feel like part of their family and everyone there would say hello or goodbye regardless of whether you were their specific client or not. Recommended 💪

Trained here for over a year. Unfortunately due to moving away had to stop the sessions which was heart breaking! However, Cre8 Fitness adapted so quickly to the situation, with great understanding and I now do 4 online / Skype / FaceTime sessions per week. The online training is fantastic, the best I have ever experienced. They really tailor your workouts, programming between sessions and nutritional guidance specifically to the individual. Gutted I am no longer around to have the sessions in person as they were also fantastic!!! Would highly recommend to anyone that wants training. 12/10!!!

Have trained at Cre8 over the years when visiting London - great facilities, very knowledgeable trainers and a welcoming atmosphere. Over the last year I've been able to train with them online and I no longer intend on returning to my own local gym, as they adapt our sessions so that they work perfectly for me.

A friend recommended Phil Abrahams to me. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me get strong and fit for a return to skiing after a few years’ break. Cr8Fitness gym is a friendly, welcoming and non-judgemental place to train. Phil is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, very patient and good fun to train with. An injury after one ski trip was sorted with Joe O’Connor, from Forge Physiotherapy, based at the gym who worked with Phil on my rehab. 4 years later I have moved to the mountains but I still train with Phil online 3 times a week. Best recommendation ever.

Cre8 is a great environment to achieve your fitness goals. Phil, Simon and the rest are the team really know their stuff. My personal experience is that I could hardly walk to catch my train home after a particularly testing leg session with Phil a few years back.

I've trained at Cre8 over the last 5 years and can't recommend them enough. Very friendly and knowledgeable guys who have a not only helped me get into shape, but they've also helped me recover from a couple of niggling injuries. They've also been great during lockdown doing sessions remotely which has helped massively with my wellbeing and mental health.
