Happy with the service, got exactly what I asked for. Dog was happy as well, will be definitely coming back.

I don’t like writing bad reviews but I feel my experience is important if you’re considering sending your dearly loved dog to this place.

My mini schnauzer had been here a few times. It usually took around an hour for a full groom. The last time we visited it was more like two hours. When I arrived to pick him up they blamed his nervousness. I thought no more of it.

Two days later I was stroking him and noticed a large scab on his shoulder. It must have been a massive cut because the scab was huge.

I realised then that the reason for a longer groom is because they’d cut him and they were waiting for the bleeding to stop.

I’m angry they never told me about the cut. That way I could have kept it clean and ensured it didn’t get infected. But hiding their mistake was more important to them than my dog’s welfare.

It upsets me to think of my dog alone in this shop scared and bleeding.

He’s never going back here. And I hope you’ll think twice before sending your loved one here.

Was worried because Suggs is so nervous, I was so pleased he looks lovely and was really looked after, really friendly staff, price is perfect for service :-)

Beth fitted us in at short notice to trim our dog's nails. It was a professional and efficient service. Highly recommend!
