Their fish tanks are always clean and all the fish in there look healthy and all other animals they sell look good too. They sell a massive range of foods for all animals. From raw to pellet foods. Staff are amazing and helpful. I love to shop there!

Very friendly staff, always a welcoming smile. Their store is always very clean and full of a great selection. Their reptile area is great, as their locusts etc. always look alive and fed. Their guinea pigs are also very well kept - always in pairs and make sure they are sold that way. This is always my favourite petstore as they are very kind and friendly, dog welcoming. They treated my dog to treats when we went and were very respectful.

I came in today with my daughter looking for a first pet. I was greeted by Sam and Jose who not only surprised me with their knowledge of the animals, but also their genuine care for the animals you sell. Despite both being busy with tasks they went out of their way to help and also explain the process of purchasing a animal from the store.

Genuine customer service is rare these days, as a ex manager of 20 years I'd be proud to have them representing the company I work for. Thank you to them both and I will be back to collect my daughter pet from the Farnborough store.

I have never been in a pets corner before and now looking for one near me! The shop is immaculate and so well laid out with products for my spoilt pup that I've not seen elsewhere. The staff were also super friendly and helpful!

Really great shop, always have what I need. Staff are friendly and clearly enjoy there job. Always knowledgable and happy to help and give advice.

I pop here about twice a week sometimes 3 times if i have the kids at the weekend. Im always greeted with a smile as i enter and even though they know what i buy always but still have the politness to ask what is it im looking for. Im writing this as today topped my experience. I had a question to ask about my dogs diet problems.and was advised what the problem could be.i spoke to Josie and The knowlege she had about my pet seemed like she really is good with animals and a great member of staff. Much better than Pets at Home! The store has good stock, knowledgeable workers, and is well organised. Also, unlike pets at home there is almost no dust in the hay or straw for rabbits/ Guineas. Also t store is not busy!!

Brilliant customer service, very friendly and helpful - especially Susanne and Ellie. We love Puppy Hour - great to let the dogs play in a safe and positive environment while under supervision from staff and owners.
