Staff members very busy all the time whit alot of jobs on their hands I can tell they don't have necessary time to approach their customers and when they do it they rushed out... I wasn't asked about my setup not even they registered my points... most probably because of the rushing they managed to crush the fish had

Ive been using this store for years now. The staff are always really helpful and very knowledgeable in their respective areas.

I use the points card too which gives me lots of bonuses which really help out.

The vets were extremely kind and helpful. Sadly, my lovely Casper had to be put down. SO SAD, but they were kindness itself. I will always go to them when I need to, with Casper's companion Marble.

Very slow service. The staff didn't seem bothered that I was stood for ages queuing. Also products are quite expensive now. Can get cheaper elsewhere.

Staff is great. Most of the time low on stock or don't have the cat food or treats.

My partner and myself visited the store today to get stuff for our new puppy.We spoke to 3 staff while there and everyone of them went the extra mile to advise us.

Its a good store and everyones really helpful but I just wish they would stock up on the cats products more often

The lady with the glasses from the till has shown a very bad attitude. Worst customer service I have ever faced. No customer deserves to be treated like that.
