Absolutely 100 percent friendly, and caring staff. My Springer Spaniel has always loved going there for his regular grooming. They make him so relaxed as well as having fun. Great accessories in the shop too.

Always such a warm and happy welcome here, really makes you feel part of a community. They are so accommodating and informed, always helping us find the best thing for our animals. Love going here because we always have a nice chat, leave with a smile, and inevitably pick up some extra gems like birthday cards, fresh eggs and treats for the dog! Highly recommend a visit! You’ll always find what you need.

Brilliant shop with a great selection of just about everything you could want for you dog - food, treats, leads, harnesses, beds etc all top quality at good prices. Its so much more than a pet shop, lots of imaginative gift items too.

Emma & her team always go above & beyond to ensure they deliver the best possible customer service. Nothing is too much trouble & if they don't have something in stock they do their best to source it for you. They are always friendly & welcoming & clearly have a vast amount of knowledge which they willingly share if you need advice for your furry friends.
Highly recommend anyone who hasn't done already, to have a browse around their well equipped shop & grooming facility.

Wow!!! That was the best pet shop experience. I am so impressed. Went in with my golden retriever puppy and the staff were incredibly friendly and so knowledgeable. Will definitely be going there for all my pet's requirements from now on.
