Rosemead Aviaries

Ordered two custom cages. The courier delivered them dented and scraped up. The manufacturing was VERY poor with metal shavings not being cleaned off. We inspected for anymore metal shavings but missed some behind the rivets that hold the panels on and one of our birds ingested some which resulted in almost losing a family member and a VERY expensive vet bill. Steve and Claire refused to acknowledge any wrong doing on behalf of Rosemead and we feel that they treated us as if we were trying to extort money from them when we asked about recouping the cost of the vet bills. If you are looking for quality aviaries and customer service, go elsewhere!

My partner and I explained the issues we had with your cages several times before you thought it would be alright to start ignoring us. You may have made good cages for other people but the ones you sold us definitely weren't.

After having a bad experience with another company I stumbled across Rosemead Aviaries. I purchased a very large aviary and Claire was really helpful with helping me with the sizes and what I needed. She put together the design and explained how many panels I will need and sent me the drawing to confirm. It was made up within a week or so by her husband Steve and Claire and Steve delivered it themselves. The quality of the aviary is really super, they explained how it goes together and said to contact them if I had any questions. We haven't erected it yet but I'm confident it will go together well. Highly recommend them.

Purchased custom aviaries 4 years ago, still in top condition and competitive prices. Very happy with service, will be ordering again soon!
