Fantastic Pet Shop, frequently visit to keep our Canary stocked up with Treats, Canary feed and Sandpaper! Lady behind the counter is very friendly and helpful and only too happy to give you advice regarding any of the Pets in the shop. Highly Recommended.

Went to the shop today to look at budgies - lady behind the counter very friendly and helpful and the birds were beautiful! If we get one will defo purchase from here as they make you feel no question is too stupid. 5 Stars! Thanks to the great staff at Colwyn Bay Pet Shop.

There's everything you could possibly need in this let shop. Live food for spiders lizards ECT birds cages all types of animal foods and the best thing about this pet shop it's family run and they are extremely knowledgeable about all the insects reptiles in the shop .

Very informative about pets especially reptiles. Also sell a small selection of reptiles. Good for pet accessories and pet food.

Good job this shops now closed and the owner's have gone...but i hope to god the owner's loose sleep at night..we brough two gekos off shop with a vivaruim to,we spent over £300 in one transactions..we lost one geko last month now we've just had to have other one put to sleep due to the poor bone structure etc...this shop has been under investigations as the guy who put my reptile to sleep told us this,but unfortunately owner's have retired which in one way is great,cause at least they cant do any more harm to the poor reptiles..if anybody else has experienced problems with reptiles from this shop then please inbox me as we are trying to trace the owner's, as we feel we need answers and are moneys back which bank is going to sort out on are behalf
