Avoid this dealership if you want to be looked after properly and not sold a faulty car! My brother in law has had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with this company twice once with a brand new car that was faulty as not built correctly but they tried to blame him for it! General manager is argumentative and extremely unhelpful. He eventually rejected that car after a battle. He then decided to give them another chance when they took a used car of the same specifications into stock. They claim to have serviced it but on collection it had a low coolant level and continued to drop after top up. They claim to have inspected it and couldn’t find a fault but also couldn’t explain why it was happening. The general manager was again beyond unhelpful and refused to refund the purchase, eventually the sales manager agreed to buy the car back but he lost £1,000 in a month but it brought the whole saga to an end. Also if buying a used car check the number of owners! The used car he bought was on its second owner in less than a year. They’ve only got 1 star thanks to the sales manager. Avoid sales and aftersales.

I have bought cars previously from different dealer but never experienced such a good service. From the start when I contacted this branch to the very finish when I collected my new car Billy was just on the ball. I have been updated regularly throughout the whole process. He have everything ready for collection day, even helped me with the insurance. I was in my new car in no time. Thank you and hope to see you again in future.

From when we first walked onto the forecourt, the Sales Executive Billy was informative, not at all pushy or pressurising. He handed us the keys, answered all questions we had and left us to look at the car.
I was offered a test drive, Billy took a copy of my driving licence, and let me drive the car alone without him accompanying me - which made it less stressful & more enjoyable.
When in the showroom, Billy offered us a drink whilst we discussed all options to purchase the car, the entire process was smooth, informative and pleasant.
Ben (Sales Manager) offered our 7 year old daughter some stickers/crayons to keep her entertained during the time we were there, a very nice gesture and much appreciated.
We purchased the car, signed all relevant documents and upon collection of the car, it was cloaked in the showroom with a personalised 'Congratulations on the purchase of your new car' sign next to it. I was presented with a lovely bouquet of flowers too which was such a nice touch.
Walkers of Selby and Sales Executive Billy exceeded all of our expectations, we received 5* service from start to finish, it was a lovely experience that we will not forget. We would highly recommend them and will use them for many years to come.

Visited the Walker of Selby show room few weeks ago, it was a excellent day because had the pleasure of being dealt by Rob. Rob provided excellent service which was very professional. The vehicle was for my father, who is very happy. Rob's attitude and service was the difference of purchasing from Walker of Selby or another garage. Would highly recommend to others and would suggest ask for Rob.

Disappointing. They claimed unable to do something to my car without first charging to diagnose and requesting permission from peugeot. Took to another peugeot dealer and all was sorted in 40mins
