When I first started with AskChemist I thought they were really good. But recently they have gone downhill. I have been several days without my medications that I need to take every day. I have rang twice and they say we will deliver. But I am still waiting. I am considering going with some one else.

Poor service. Always making up excuses as to why they fail to deliver medication to the vulnerable on time. Making false promises they never keep. Awful steer clear.

Not a fast or reliable service. Absolute disgrace making excuses every time when failing to deliver medication on time to the vulnerable. Keep making promises to never keep. AWFUL COMPANY shouldn’t have to battle with you for many months because you can’t do your job properly - should be ceasing the premises to be honest!

Paid for day 2 and day 8 test. Day 2 test arrived day 8 and day 8 on day 13. Had to pay 340 pound more for a 4 hour test as my flight was approaching. Had no results from day 2 test still. Emailed them to complain and got no response back. I would NOT recommend using this place at all!!

Ordered my 2 and 8 day Covid test kit as I was arriving back from work in USA. Got day 2 on day 5, day 8 on day 10 and never got any results back.
Kits arrived in a plastic bag, second class stamp.
Avoid this company.
