Britannia Pharmacy

Popped in to collect a prescription, but instead had a member of staff YELL at me from behind the medicine counter asking what my prescription was for! How dare she make me answer such a personal question infront of colleagues and other patients! She was very blunt, rude, and extremely unprofessional! I felt belittled and embarrassed! I definetly won't be returning, as this is not the first time that I've dealt with bad customer service here! Thumbs up to all the other negative comments!

I use this pharmacy regularly for my and my Dad's prescriptions. They are very friendly, helpful people, and Tak (who's in charge) is always ready to help and advise. Maybe the negative comments refer to other branches than the Roman Road one?

Service is great, very helpful staff definately will be going back again never had problems with the pharmacy apart from when medicines are not in but need to be ordered. Lovely pharmacy.

Called asking whether my prescription arrived, the person on the phone was very blunt and spoke rudely. She didn't even offer to check tracker to see where my prescription went even though I told her that I don't collect medication regularly. Referred me back to the surgery, but would have been much easier to check online for me as she has all my details in front of her. I have worked in a pharmacy myself, even when it is busy, there's no need talking to patients like that, she didn't even answer the phone in a welcoming manner.

Britania Pharmacy, Roman Road is one of the best pharmacies I have ever been to. The gentleman Chemist is amazing. So helpful. Every time I have needed medical advice, he has always spent the time explaining things and giving vital information. Staff are always professional and quietly helpful. I think the other reviews refer to other branches.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff with a highly professional senior chemist who've always politely answered my questions and offered sound advice. A couple of times I've witnessed how ungrateful and rude customers can be and the forbearance demonstrated by the counter staff was admirable. If the other branches are as efficient as Roman Road the whole organisation can be justly proud. Thanks Britannia!

As a regular customer I have always found the staff to be polite and helpful, and on occasion they have gone above and beyond the call of duty

This chemist was very good for several months, but when they mess up they mess up big time. When you tell them they dont want to apologise, and they dont listen properly to what you say. No apology for leaving me without meds which were vital. Had to ring 111. Then had to get what I needed from another chemist. Honestly that appalling.
