Been going chemist here for some time now for myself and family member's and gave it 5* as staff are very helpful,considerate and always pleasant and great attitude and always make you feel comfortable,so good on you Forbes road staff for always giving 5* performances thankyou

Poor service from the registered pharmacist. Seems to think he can issue any brand medicine, even when the GP has stated a perticular brand on the prescription. The excuse was that they couldn't get that brand . Funny because other Lloyd's pharmacys can and did. My GP told me this was bad practice and they should issue what has been prescribed. And shouldn't change a prescription without first consulting the GP and also speaking to the patient, and doesn't seem to like it when I asked for MY prescription back as it belongs to me not them . don't seem to understand that other brands have different side effects for some people and can interact with other meds. Although the assistants are giving impeccable service they are very let down by the pharmacist. If I could rate them separately it's a 5 🌟 for the assistants and a 0 🌟 for the pharmacist.

Friendly local pharmacy. All the staff are knowledgeable and approachable. Great,,all round service.

The general staff are very good but the dispensing pharmacist was rude and arrogant after he messed up my script, not what I call professional

Harley ever have the items in that you require say they get it in the next day. Turn up next day sorry we can't give u the item has we have no pharmacy staff to sign off. This isn't the first time and has been like this well before covid really needs sorting or closing I have now change pharmacy staff are also rude.

Again another day without a pharmacist. Really poor....

Had my flu vaccination done in Forbes Road Pharmacy this week. Totally painless and very professional service throughout. Highly recommended.
