Boots Pharmacy

I find the pharmacists really supportive and proactive in arranging regular medication for my son. This is especially appreciated when there is sometimes poor service from my GP surgery that requires lots of follow up. Thank you!

A small branch of Boots. I used it mainly for prescriptions. The staff are friendly and the shop is well organised as far as COVID-19 precautions is concerned. It is very safe to visit during this troubling times.

One of the worst Boots pharmacy. Most of the staff members are really rude, they are not ordering repeated prescriptions on time, if they order it at all. Shop is randomly closed in the mornings even though their website and door sign are saying open at 9am.
Very poor customer service, despite of years of using their custom.

If I could give it 0 stars I would!!! WORST boots I have been to , very rude staff and let alone they close for lunch time which is honestly a first in a boots pharmacy? Even if we came in at 12:20? 10 minutes before lunch…

Very rude staff members. Started to ask a question and was told abruptly I'm too busy I don't have time to talk.

Terrible pharmacy, slow , they don’t answer the phone, inconsiderate. Told me to collect my prescription, travelled all the way to collect for it not to be there, came back when they told me too a couples days later , only half was ready and told me they would order it again.. ridiculous. Better off going to another pharmacy or boots further down the road in Wimbledon. No apologies just rude.

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced in a pharmacy. They are rude, mind boggling slow and will flat out just ignore you. There are other decent pharmacies very close by, go to any of them.

Boots are a great company, the staff were really friendly, socially distanced customer service, clean store, well stocked with just about any pharmaceuticals you can imagine, I went in for antihistamines and the boots branded ibuprofen and lysine, great prices too, great rewards for repeat customers.
