This pharmacy is the best in Lincoln! From the moment I walked in, i couldn't have asked for more. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly.
My ear had swollen up (from an ear piercing) and my earring ball had completely disappeared into my ear lobe, causing a huge amount of pain!
After having no success getting in at the doctor's, the pharmacist here was so helpful and calming, gave me an icepack to reduce swelling and after a few minutes managed to pull it out for me!
Saved me a trip to an A&E, so grateful thank you!

Fantastic staff and very well set up for administering the covid vaccine and boosters. All the staff where so good at putting me at my ease and keeping me feeling calm and relaxed. A big shout out to staff member Lynne who was very supportive and empathetic prior to my appointment.

Excellent the staff there are absolutely amazing really informative friendly helpful. It's the chemist I go to when I'm in lincoln. Very intentive staff clean safe store as well. Went in their yesterday to get some cream she was really professional and really helpful the lady wanted to look at my toe and she got me antibacterial and antiseptic cream it worked it did the trick

came here for my covid booster and was very nervous, i am autistic and scared of needles so usually when getting vaccines i’m inconsolable but the people who checked me in, spoke to me in the room and the nurse who administered the vaccine were all lovely and made me forget i was even having a vaccine. i felt so comfortable there and i am very grateful to all the staff :)

Took a neighbour in for her booster and the lovely nurses asked if I had mine. When I replied that the last time I had it was November’21, they invited me to have it there and then. Excellent attitude and caring.

Today I was in Lincoln for work, and i live 45 miles away. Sods law has it, that I forgot my purse at home, with my prescription only medication in it. I needed the medication today so I went to a pharmacy, where I was told unfortunately without prescription they can't help me, that maybe I could ask for my GP to send the pharmacy an emergency prescription. Unfortunately this is not possible with my GP practice, at least not within the timescale I needed the meds to prevent a full on attack. They advised that the same medication is available without prescription under a different brand name, what they don't have on stock, but I may find in another pharmacy.
This is how I ended up at Lincoln co-op, Newland, desperate for help, hoping that they may store this medication. However, Mr Tony Hayes, the pharmacist went above and beyond, and helped me by asking for emergency prescription via 111 site on the spot and provided me with the much needed pill.
But then my Google wallet payment failed, and I had no other means to pay. Mr Hayes made yet another gesture of pure kindness and just let me to have the medication saying I can pay when I come back to Lincoln again.
I cannot express the gratitude I had for him, as he helped me to avoid being knocked off my feet for the next three days, which would have been a certainty, had I not been given the meds so timely.
Mr Hayes helped me today with a smile on his face, with a genuine selflessness and at no point did he make me feel that the extra work was an inconvenience to him.
My faith in humanity is restored, this will remain a good reason for me to smile for a long time...

Tony, the Pharmacist, and his entire team, operate the finest pharmacy service I have found anywhere in the world. I came to the UK in Mid December, 2020 and British Airways managed to lose all my luggage. Tony and his team in Lincoln were able to work with my "emergency GP" to get critical meds for my eyes and other chronic conditions incurred in military service.

I simply can't say enough about how brilliant Tony and his team have been in their remarkable service. The absolute best service, and value, I have found in any pharmacy anywhere in my global travels.

I will travel the world; yet, always return to Lincoln for Tony's outstanding compassion and concern for a patient's well-being. His leadership is reflected in his entire team.

Honestly the nicest pharmacy I have been to, Staff are so lovely, kind and beyond helpful. Really enjoy collecting my prescription because every staff member is such a joy!
